Convert the traffic to something which you can monetize.

How you can monetize?

Selling ads on you website, selling products, promote affiliate programs, selling clicks (AdSense), building customer lists with opt-in, CPA - getting paid for action like sending people to a target page, selling backlinks (not recommended), etc.
