ClickBank TOS Does Not Allow Framing Any Longer

Framed ClickBank page using a ClickBank link in a framed page is not allowed and they wouldn’t credit any sales.
They have now stopped the redirect and are showing a message:
This site is no longer in service or has been disabled due to a terms of service violation.
